ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
MY APPROACH

Life is complicated. Human beings are complex; capable of great beauty and goodness, but also capable of carrying tremendous pain, grief, guilt, shame, anxiety, sadness and confusion. When you're in pain, the first step towards feeling better is sharing those painful feelings with a compassionate and experienced person who can help you put the pieces together, understand what's going on, and develop a plan to work towards feeling whole again. It's a process, and it can be a difficult one, but it often leads to a safer, more accepting and more comfortable place - where you can come closer to being your best self. I hope I can help guide you along that path.
